Condenser and Airflow
Like any premium refrigeration, a True unit sheds heat through a condenser, and a clogged coil is the most common reason it runs constantly or drifts warm. Keep the condenser clean and the surrounding airflow unobstructed. True's forced-air systems are efficient, but they cannot overcome a coil packed with dust or a unit boxed in without ventilation. Clean the condenser every few months and keep the vents clear.

Give them clearance, keep the condenser clean, and avoid overfilling so air can circulate around the bottles. If a zone drifts warm and stays there with a clean condenser, the usual causes are a thermistor or an evaporator fan, both straightforward to replace. True does not lean on numeric fault codes, so diagnosis is by symptom and test.
Temperature Stability
Because True units are engineered for precise, stable temperatures, a model-specific drift is worth taking seriously. A unit that no longer reaches its set point, or one that swings noticeably, points to a fan, a sensor or a defrost component rather than normal behavior.
